Boat Part - 1

There was a big, quiet lake near Siri’s village. It was so wide that no one knew where it ended. People said it had no end, and no one knew how deep it was. The villagers talked about it in whispers because they all believed the lake was magical. It was always calm, and at night, the moonlight made the water sparkle.

Every ten years, something strange would happen. A small boat would appear on the lake. It came out of the mist, glowing in the moonlight. No one knew where the boat came from, but it always stopped at the shore. The boat looked old and mysterious, like it had been waiting for a long time. The villagers believed that whoever took the boat would be taken to the other side of the lake. But no one ever came back to tell the story.

Siri had always been curious about the lake. She heard the stories from the villagers, and each time, her curiosity grew. She wondered what was on the other side of the lake. Why did no one ever come back? What happened to them? Siri couldn’t stop thinking about it.

One evening, as Siri was walking near the lake, she saw the boat. It appeared suddenly, just like the stories said. The boat glowed softly in the mist, and it seemed to be waiting for someone. Siri’s heart raced with excitement. She knew this was the boat that had appeared every decade. She wanted to get on it and see where it would take her.

But a voice in her head whispered, "What if you never come back?" Siri felt a chill run down her spine. Still, her curiosity was stronger than her fear. She took a deep breath and stepped into the boat.

As soon as Siri sat down, the boat started moving. It didn’t move slowly like a regular boat. It moved quickly, as if it had a mind of its own. The mist around her grew thicker, and the shore disappeared. Siri looked around, but there was nothing—just the endless water and mist. It felt like she was in a dream.

After what felt like hours, the boat finally slowed down. Siri could see something in the distance. It was a faint glow, just like a tiny star in the dark sky. The boat headed straight for it. Siri felt a strange pull, as if the boat was taking her to something important. The light grew brighter, and she saw that it was an island.

The island was beautiful, with trees that shimmered like silver and flowers that glowed in the dark. The air smelled sweet, like honey and fresh rain. Siri stepped out of the boat and onto the soft, glowing grass. She couldn’t believe her eyes. The island was unlike anything she had ever seen.

But something felt odd. Siri felt like she was being watched. She turned around and saw a figure standing in the distance. It was a tall, shadowy figure with glowing eyes. The figure didn’t move, but Siri felt drawn to it. She walked toward it, feeling both scared and excited.

As she got closer, the figure slowly began to take shape. It was a woman, but her face was hidden by a hood. The woman didn’t speak, but she pointed toward a path that led deeper into the island. Siri followed the path, her heart beating faster with every step. The path led to a large, glowing tree. The tree was enormous, with leaves that sparkled like diamonds. At the base of the tree was a stone door.

The woman stood by the door and said in a soft voice, “This is where your journey begins.” Siri felt a rush of excitement. She didn’t know what the journey would be, but she knew she had to go inside.

Siri opened the stone door and stepped into a dark room. As soon as she entered, the door closed behind her, and the room filled with light. In the middle of the room was a glowing crystal. The crystal floated in the air, surrounded by swirling light. It felt warm and peaceful, like it was calling to her.

Siri reached out and touched the crystal. The moment her fingers made contact, a voice echoed in her mind. "You have been chosen," the voice said. "You must protect the balance between the world and the island. The lake brought you here for a reason."

Siri didn’t understand, but she felt a deep connection to the crystal. She knew she had to protect the island. She didn’t know how, but she was ready for whatever came next.

The woman with the glowing eyes appeared again. She smiled at Siri and said, “You are now the guardian of this island. The lake will always bring those who are chosen. You are part of the island now.”

Siri felt a strange sense of calm. She was no longer just a girl from a village. She was something more. She was a guardian, chosen by the lake. She looked back at the lake, and for the first time, she didn’t feel scared. She felt like she belonged here, in this magical place, where the adventure had just begun.
